I have been out of town for two months and my mail forwarding has not worked very well.  If you have a check (s) that hasn't cleared your bank, please be patient.  I will be home by April 4th and will get caught up with my record keeping.  If you have not yet sent in your annual Insurance Questionnaire or your updated Personal Information form- Please do so right away.  Thank you.  Steve

Click on  : " The day of the month you want {the number that is underlined ex: 10  for the tenth day of the month }

then under "Calendar Text"..type in your name... then "start" and "End" time..

click on "submit"...then click on "view calendar"
